Changes and cancellations
Plans change, and that's fine. You can change or cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, or a no-show at the pickup point, may be charged up to 50% of the quoted fare, because the time was held for you and other bookings were turned down.
Weddings, events, funerals and full-day charters are planned well in advance, so these need at least 72 hours' notice to cancel free of charge.
If your flight or cruise ship is delayed, just let us know. Airport and cruise pickups are adjusted to the real arrival time at no extra cost.
If we ever have to cancel, for weather, safety or anything outside our control, you will be told as soon as possible and anything you have paid in advance is refunded in full.

Payment and deposits
No payment is taken on the website. Your price is agreed with Tyrone before the trip and paid by card or cash, in Bahamian or US dollars. For weddings, events and full-day charters a deposit may be requested to hold the date.
